I recently got out of a 3 1/2 year relationship and really wanted to start enjoying life and truly being happy. This book gave me a great perspective on life and gave me a great foundation on how to achieve my long-term goals and truly be happy with who I am. I would recommend this book to anyone in any point of their life that is looking to achieve the ultimate goal - to live a fulfilling and happy life!
