Comforting in times of great stress
It’s a job few want, but one that Philip Bacon embraces. Bacon is the senior chaplain for the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, a role he has held for 18 years. One of his main tasks is to notify the families of crime victims that their loved ones have been killed or seriously injured.
