Sketch your ideas out first. Know what your clients need and follow their objectives. You need to know your target audience and competitors to make your creation stands out from the rest. The rest will follow. You need formal education in Graphic Design which includes the use of computer softwares to make your life easier.

To be creative, is not just aethetics. Everything needs a foundation of facts first. All the best!
