Why not let us know what you think by adding your own comment! Your opinion is as valid as anyone elses, so come on... let us know what you think.
start by trying to recognise repetitive behaviour in relationships with family, work, friends and partners. then you can start to question what’s behind it all, what are you trying to acheive, protect yourself from or avoid etc. then, you challenge it. tough to do by yourself though.
Everything step by step please!
First of all you should learn about Conscious mind, what it is and how it works? then you should proceed to subconscious mind which get information and order from conscious mind and give you result in your daily life.
When you conscious mind take something as a real and this signal goes to subconscious mind which take it as a real and there is not way to stop. Therefore, it is said, always think good.
We are what we think is the shortest answer to your question.
i think subconscious mind is actually your gut feel. when u take an action, in most cases, a little voice in your head/ heart tells you something about it.. dont ignore it… listen to it intently.. even if it goes against what you are doing.. speak to it.. have a dialogue with it.. dont cajole it to listen to your mind.. at first it will be difficult.. later on it it will be easier.. it is always easy to ignore.. if you do it.. u wont get answers.. i am telling from my experience.. all the best
One good way is to buy a pack of Tarot cards (even if you don’t believe in the Tarot, some of the cards can be very beautiful.) Meditate on each image and see what each one invokes. Your subconscious mind might take you on some incredible journeys through this meditation method and it will certainly give you more insight into what’s going on in your subconscious mind.
