What’s the power of my intention?

Please don’t answer this if you don’t believe in the power of intention – this question is not for you.

Does the power of intention effect others? If I think very hard about a person failing and believe they will, does that make it more likely for them to fail? If someone expects the best for you, can they draw the best to you, just the way you might draw it to yourself?

Again, if you do not believe in the power of intention, skip this question, it’s not for you.
The question was whether intention effects OTHERS.

Wiccan creed would suggest that harming others whangs back on you whereas chaos magick practitioners would expect to have effects upon others.
